The new Nexis series from SolarEdge consists of a powerful multi-range hybrid inverter and the latest generation of high-voltage storage with a modular concept. The AC power of the hybrid device, which can be selected in increments from 8 to 20 kW*, maximizes flexibility and minimizes storage requirements. The backup function can be implemented as usual using the external backup interface. The PV modules must be equipped 1:1 with S- and P-series optimizers and can be oversized by up to 100%. Each storage unit of the new SolarEdge Nexis system can consist of up to 4 battery blocks with a total usable capacity of 18.6 kWh. Up to 4 units** per inverter are possible. The uniform voltage level of the module strings and storage enables highly efficient charging.
