The new Nexis series from SolarEdge consists of a powerful multi-range hybrid inverter and the latest generation of high-voltage storage with a modular concept. The AC power of the hybrid device, which can be selected in increments from 8 to 20 kW, maximizes flexibility and minimizes storage requirements. The backup function can now be implemented via the integrated connection or, as usual, with the external backup interface. The PV modules must be equipped 1:1 with S and P series optimizers and can be oversized by up to 100%. Each storage unit of the new SolarEdge Nexis system can consist of up to 4 battery blocks with a total usable capacity of 18.6 kWh. Up to 4 units* per inverter are possible. The uniform voltage level of the module strings and storage enables highly efficient charging.
