With the SigenStack, Sigenergy is setting new standards for modular commercial energy storage systems. The system, which can be installed both indoors and outdoors, consists of a hybrid inverter and several stacks of stackable storage modules. The maximum weight of each individual system component is 105 kg. Installation is straightforward and can be carried out efficiently. With 11.7 kWh of usable capacity per battery and 4 to 21 units in the system, a total capacity of up to 246 kWh is possible. The inverters are available in power ratings ranging from 50 to 125 kW. They are also available in two versions: with and without a backup function. A comprehensive package of protection functions and interfaces leaves little to be desired. When connected in parallel, even larger systems up to the MW range can be realised.
