Backup applications cannot be implemented with this hybrid inverter series.
The KTLX-G4-ESS series is Sofar’s new system component for C&I (commercial and industrial) storage applications. These hybrid inverters, ranging from 80 to 125 kW, can be combined with the company's own CBS5000 and CBS8000 storage series. With an additional external STST box*, backup operation with a switchover time of less than 10 ms is also possible. The extensive feature set ranges from 9 MPP trackers—each with 40 A DC input current—to integrated AC and DC surge protection and AFCI arc fault detection.
