With the Huawei Supervision Service Advanced, you book the major service package for your ESS 1H1 + 2H1 series commercial storage system. It includes comprehensive on-site support from experienced and trained service technicians. They accompany and monitor the assembly preparations and installation through to the tested handover. Compared to the Supervision Service Basic, the Advanced Service includes a more comprehensive scope of services and a longer on-site support period.
