Up to six battery modules can be installed in a single unit with the inverter. If more batteries are used, they must be arranged in a second or third tower.
The ESA Battery Expansion Kit is required for each additional tower.
The 6.0 and 9.0 storage modules can be combined with the inverter at a C-rate of 0.5. The 5.1 and 8.3 modules can be used at a C-rate of 1C. If both variants are combined, only 0.5C is possible. We therefore recommend using a uniform C-rate across the system.
The three-phase hybrid inverters of the GoodWe ETA-G20 series combine with BAT-D high-voltage batteries to form the compact ESA all-in-one storage system. Together, the components create a harmonious and visually appealing unit. Up to 12 battery modules—available in four capacity sizes ranging from 5 to 9 kWh—can be flexibly combined, enabling a total usable capacity of up to 108 kWh. The hybrid inverters are available in power classes ranging from 5 to 30 kW. With comprehensive features regarding communication, protective elements, and string connections, the system is ideal for applications ranging from residential to small commercial use. The integrated backup connection supplies power to even sensitive loads with a switchover time of less than 4 ms.
