Due to the high charging currents when combining the SBH storage unit with the SHxxT hybrid inverters, a flexible PV cable with a cross-section of 10 mm² and a voltage rating of up to 1000 V is mandatory. Suitable connectors are included in the scope of delivery of the storage unit.
Sungrow’s SH-T Hybrid series is being expanded to include power classes ranging from 5 to 12 kW. Two MPP trackers featuring high input currents—along with high charging currents for the battery storage—ensure optimal power flow. Thanks to an exceptionally robust backup bypass capable of handling up to 63 amperes, the entire household can be connected to the system’s backup power output. As a matter of course, the proven, comprehensive suite of communication interfaces and control contacts for grid support (FRE) and heat pumps is included.
