About DMEGC Solar

DMEGC Solar is the photovoltaic division of Hengdian Group DMEGC Magnetics Co., Ltd., an industrial group listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange since 2006 with its roots in the magnetic materials business. Since entering the photovoltaic sector around 2009/2010, the solar division has grown to become the group’s largest business unit and is now one of the ten largest module manufacturers in the world in terms of shipment volume. Krannich Solar stocks DMEGC solar modules from the Infinity series, which are based on TOPCon cell technology.

DMEGC solar modules: the Infinity series

The DMEGC modules stocked by Krannich Solar are part of the Infinity series and are based on N-type TOPCon cells. All modules are manufactured in glass-glass construction , fitted with MC4 Evo 2A connectors and designed to meet a 30-year performance guarantee. The range covers power ratings from 465 to 725 Wp, making it suitable for both rooftop installations on residential and commercial properties, as well as for ground-mounted systems. The modules are available in two versions:

  • Bifacial: also utilises reflected light from the roof surface or the ground, thereby achieving a higher yield compared to monofacial modules.
  • Full Black: for a uniform, unobtrusive appearance – particularly sought after for residential buildings.

What does TOPCon mean in the context of DMEGC modules?

TOPCon (Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact) is an N-type cell technology that offers higher efficiency and lower power degradation over the service life compared to P-type PERC cells. DMEGC uses TOPCon cells in its Infinity series as the current technological standard.

Bifacial or Full Black – which DMEGC module is right for you?

Anyone looking to achieve the highest yield per unit of roof area – for example, on a light-coloured flat roof or an open-space installation – will benefit from the bifacial module and its rear-side generation. For pitched roofs in private residential settings, where aesthetics are a priority, the Full Black variant is the obvious choice.

How long is the warranty on DMEGC modules?

All DMEGC modules listed in the Krannich Shop come with a 30-year performance warranty.

Cumulative shipments total over 45 GW. As part of the Hengdian Group DMEGC Magnetics, the solar division benefits from a broad industrial base that has grown since 1980 and a solid group financial position with positive operating cash flow. DMEGC regularly publishes ESG reports and pursues specific climate targets, including a 40 per cent reduction in Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions intensity by 2030 compared with the base year 2022, as well as climate neutrality by 2050.
