The mounting accessory enables potential equalisation of the K2 mounting systems or earthing of the module frames. The TerraGrif K217 can be easily attached to the underside of the module frame and is compatible with almost every module type.
The module frames should be connected to the entire mounting frame with as low an impedance as possible. The weather-resistant anodized coating of many module manufacturers makes this difficult. The K2 TerraGrif creates a suitable permanent connection.
