This support must be booked for the 1st Energy Storage Cabinet. Support for additional Storage or Battery Cabinets must be added separately (per cabinet = 1 support service).

Booking this commissioning support is a prerequisite for maintaining the manufacturer's warranty. Alternatively, certification training can be completed.

The required checklist for this service can be found here in the appendix.

Transportation, assembly and installation must be carried out by the customer prior to commissioning as part of this support service. The required installation material must be checked based on the instructions and the local conditions and provided by the customer.

In addition to the individual system components of the Power Magic, the Supervision Commissioning Support is part of the firmly defined procedure for the commercial storage system. The experienced service technician is available to assist you on site. The scope of services includes visual inspection of the AC and DC installation, connection and testing of the liquid cooling system, system updates and configuration through to final commissioning. Local preparations, system transportation, assembly and installation must be carried out on site in advance.

• Visual inspection
• Inspection of power cables, communication cables, liquid cooling piping, fire protection piping, earthing, control cabinet walls, fire extinguishing sludge
• Pressure holding test fire extinguishing system + liquid cooling system
System hot commissioning:
• Coolant injection liquid cooling system
• Pressure test of the fire extinguishing cylinder
• On-site software version check
• Door magnet/lighting function test
• Switching the system on and off
• Emergency stop test
System acceptance test:
• Web display test
• Charging and discharging test
• Solenoid valve connection of the fire extinguishing cylinder
Basic training:
• For O&M personnel
