When using the backup function and parallel connection, refer to the system configuration without the Sunny Home Manager 2.0. If the Sunny Home Manager 2.0 is required, it must be defined as a simple measurement point subordinate to the STP Hybrid X.
With the Sunny Tripower Hybrid X-60 series, SMA offers highly attractive system solutions for homes. It pairs perfectly with SMA’s in-house Home Storage system. These compact powerhouses feature an integrated BMS and up to 8,000 charge cycles, ensuring quick installation and intensive use. With up to 5 battery modules at 3.2 kWh each, a total of 16.4 kWh of usable storage capacity is available for every energy scenario. The system can be expanded at any time as needed. The System Manager integrated into the inverter simplifies the connection of additional components*. The same applies to the comprehensive package of integrated interfaces for the easy implementation of all standard control requirements. By adding the SMA Backup Box / Kit for the STPH-X series, it is also possible to switch the entire house connection up to 63 amps to backup power mode**. As a small backup solution, a power outlet can also be connected directly to the device.
