The S3 version of the GoodWe ESA Athena storage system can be used not only for balcony solar installations but also as a 3 kW* capacity system. The hybrid inverter features 4 independent MPP trackers, capable of managing high-performance modules with a total capacity of up to 4800 Wp. In addition to AC and DC surge protection, the system includes wired communication ports for versatile application. With up to 5 wirelessly stackable storage modules, it offers a maximum usable capacity of 13.75 kWh. Thanks to an integrated heating function, the system can operate in outdoor environments at temperatures as low as -20 °C. An energy meter (such as those from GoodWe, Shelly Pro 3M, or Eastron SEM3-WL-2) monitors all energy flows at the grid connection point and balances them accordingly. The backup port—equipped with an integrated Schuko socket—can supply up to 3000 W of power to loads even during a grid outage. Get started with the "Mini Home Power Plant 3.0.
