This wallbox does not meet the requirements of EN ISO 15118-2 and is therefore not suitable for newly installed or extensively refurbished existing publicly accessible charging points in accordance with AFIR (EU) 2023/1804 from 8 January 2026. Existing publicly accessible charging points (grandfathering) and use in non-public areas remain unaffected by this.
The KOSTAL ENECTOR AC G2 wallbox offers up to 11 kW of charging power for efficient charging of electric vehicles. The permanently connected 7.5 m Type 2 charging cable, integrated LAN and Wi-Fi, and RFID activation enable convenient operation. When used in conjunction with the KOSTAL PLENTICORE G3 or the KOSTAL Smart Energy Meter (KSEM), the wallbox supports PV-optimised charging with automatic phase switching. The integrated DC fault current monitoring enhances safety, while the compact design allows for easy installation both indoors and outdoors.
