Booking a support package (Basic / Advanced) is a prerequisite for receiving the manufacturer's warranty.
Transport, assembly and installation must be carried out by the customer before commissioning as part of this Basic support package. Suitable lifting and transport equipment must be used and the transport routes must be passable.
The integration of inverters, EZA controllers and external EMS systems from third-party providers is not included in the scope of services.
With Huawei Supervision Service Basic, you book core support for your ESS 2S10 series commercial storage system. It's suitable for experienced installers and includes on-site support from an experienced and trained service technician for the most important steps. These range from system testing and commissioning to a complete functional test. Local preparations, system transport, assembly, and installation must be carried out by the customer beforehand.
If you have limited experience with the system, Huawei recommends Advanced Support. This includes on-site training for your staff, a broader range of services, and extended on-site support. You can find Huawei Supervision Service Advanced as an item here in our shop.

• Installation of the AC cable at the mains connection point

• Connection of a tested network connection in the system cabinet
• Scheduling based on the project information sheet, including photo documentation
