When retrofitting, ensure that the same state of charge (SOC) is used and that the process sequences are followed according to the instructions.
Compatibility should be checked using the BYD Compatible Inverter List (link to http://www.eft-systems.de/de/downloads).
The BYD HV Combiner Box Plus allows for the quick and efficient connection of up to three storage units to a single inverter. With a maximum current of 50 amps per connection, it can be used with both older HVS/HVM and current HVS+/HVM+/HBE/HVB series. Connecting only identical models and capacities is mandatory.
