The SMA off-grid and backup boxes enable stand-alone and backup power systems using the Sunny Island X and Sunny Tripower Storage X. The pre-wired AC boxes are suitable for installations connected to the public grid or without grid access, for commercial premises with SMA energy management, for power supply in remote regions, and for critical infrastructure with an additional backup generator. Systems with up to 6 battery inverters and up to 300 kW of connectable PV inverter power can be implemented. Pre-wired outdoor control cabinet including Data Manager M, Energy Meter, and 8-port Ethernet switch.
