The EPS-Parallel Box is an automatic switchover box for Solax hybrid inverters connected in parallel (master-slave system) under on-grid and off-grid condition. The EPS-Parallel Box thus enables the connection and operation of up to 5 hybrid inverters in EPS mode (off-grid). In case of a power failure, the EPS-Parallel Box disconnects the connection to the public grid fully automatically. Within less than 2 seconds, the BOX switches to off-grid status, so the house continues to be supplied with solar energy from the PV system and the connected batteries. As soon as the public grid is available again, the BOX switches back to on-grid status fully automatically.
