If you can’t log in, please try the following: clear your entire browser cache (not just the past hour), then close all browser windows. After that, try logging in to the shop again. If it still doesn’t work, feel free to contact us at: e-commerce@krannich-group.com
Registration in our webshop is only available to business customers. Please fill out the registration form, and after reviewing your details, we’ll send you your login credentials.
As a wholesaler, we sell exclusively to business customers. Private individuals or end consumers cannot register with us.
If you still have login credentials from our previous webshop, you can request access to our current shop here. You’ll only need the email address you used in the old shop. If your old credentials are no longer valid, please request new access.

For Logged-In Visitors

The prices displayed are net prices, excluding GST and shipping. Some products have tiered pricing – you can save money by purchasing higher quantities.

For each product, we display our available stock. This stock is physically located in one of our warehouses. Please note that required internal transfers between warehouse locations may delay shipping. Always enter your exact quantity needs – even if they exceed the current stock – to get a precise estimate of the delivery date. You’ll also see information about when additional stock is expected. We generally have further quantities already pre-ordered. If you still have questions about availability, feel free to contact your sales representative

Quick Order allows you to upload a list from your internal system, avoiding manual search in our webshop.

1. You can upload CSV or XLSX documents. Items are identified via product number or manufacturer part number. 

Before uploading, specify which column contains the product or manufacturer part number, and which contains the quantity. If you use a separator other than “,” in your CSV file, enter it in the provided field. 

2. Instead of uploading a file, you can also enter the product numbers manually here.
Our product comparison tool is a new feature designed to help you choose the right products more easily. On every product page, you’ll find a “Add to compare list” button. When you click it, the product will be added to your personal comparison list.

To start a comparison, simply select at least two products and add them to your list. You can add up to four products maximum. Once in the comparison view, all the product details and specifications are shown side by side, making it simple to identify differences.

For even clearer results, you can use the “Hide matching attributes” button in the top corner. This hides all identical information and highlights only the differences between the products.

Additionally, you have the option to print the comparison page, making it easy to keep or share your selection offline.

Yes. At the 3rd step of the ordering process, you’ll see the option “Save Shopping Cart?”. By clicking this, a copy of your order will be saved in your shopping cart for the next time. You can also create and manage multiple shopping carts, making it easy to organize different projects or product selections.

This is a new feature in our webshop. You can easily create and manage multiple shopping carts to organize different projects or product selections.

To do this, go to your Shopping Cart and click on Cart Management. A pop-up will appear where you can create new carts. Simply give your cart a name and click the yellow “Create Shopping Cart” button — and it’s ready.

When browsing products, you can choose which cart to add them to. Next to the “Add to Cart” button, you’ll find a small arrow. By clicking it, you can select the shopping cart where the product should go.

For example:
• Residential Shopping Cart: 20 × modules, 1 × 5 kW inverter, 20 × optimizers, 1 × 5 kWh battery
• Commercial Shopping Cart: 2 × Sungrow PowerStack units

This way, you can keep different projects neatly separated and switch between them whenever needed.
