The VARTA BCU (BM1/BM2), when used in combination with the NMC batteries (BM1), is currently compatible only with the VARTA.hybrid.wall inverter.
The BM1 generation of the Varta.wall high-voltage storage system uses NCA cell chemistry and offers 5.0 kWh of usable capacity per module. In the wireless stacking concept, up to 4 batteries with a total of 20.0 kWh can be installed in a tower. As a result, the “Made in Germany” system offers fast and easy installation. Slim dimensions and a depth of only 100 mm allow for flexible installation. The new BMS unit can be flexibly combined with storage modules from the BM1 or BM2 series.
