With its KTLX-G3 series, Chinese manufacturer Sofar Solar offers a high-performance and versatile solution for commercial PV projects. The project inverters impress with a wide voltage range and high input currents, making them ideally suited for modern high-performance modules. In addition to tried-and-tested functions such as characteristic curve measurement and integrated surge protection, the series has been specifically further developed and enhanced with additional safety features. New additions include an AFCI (arc fault circuit interrupter) for enhanced fire protection, as well as extended surge protection options (DC Type I+II). Furthermore, the optimised ‘Smart Air Cooling’ system ensures more efficient cooling and a longer service life for the units. The DC switch, which is integrated as standard, further simplifies installation and maintenance.
