For the commissioning of a Commercial Storage System, SMA offers on-site support for specialists who have not yet been trained. An experienced service technician will assist you with the last important steps of the installation. SMA Service will coordinate the preparations necessary for a smooth process with you before the installation date. All details can be found in the SMA order form for the commissioning service.
Alternatively, you can attend the SMA Academy to become a certified specialist for the Commercial Storage System. The optional remote support is a further support option after passing the certification.
