The included RJ45 termination connector for the data bus must be pre-assembled on-site. To do this, insert and crimp a wire jumper between pins 1 and 6 (viewed from above on the flat connector side with the pin contact surfaces, cable entry facing down, pins ascending from left to right). An actual resistor is not required.
There is now also a ‘+’ for the latest generation of HVS high-voltage storage systems from BYD. In addition to the proven properties and key data, an improved BCU has been used in the new HVS+. This can be used flexibly for the storage modules of the HVB, HVS+ and HVM+ series. The new automatic SOC balancing optimiser eliminates the need to manually adjust the charge level during initial installation and expansion. The revised BCU connection management with connectors on the power and communication level saves further valuable time during installation. The configuration of the system is also made easier with a new installer app. At the same time, there is also an end customer app for convenient system monitoring.
