  • Higher DC Input Current
    The SC models support significantly higher input currents, enabling the use of modern high‑current PV modules and larger string designs.

  • Integrated AFCI Safety Feature
    An Arc Fault Circuit Interrupter (AFCI) is now built in, providing enhanced protection against electrical arc faults.

  • Optimized MPP Voltage Range
    The Maximum Power Point tracking range has been improved, delivering better performance in complex system layouts or partially shaded conditions.

  • New Performance Classes (including 12 kW)
    The new 12 kW version is available exclusively as an SC model, indicating that the SC series is tailored for higher‑power applications.

  • Future‑Proof with Upgradeable Battery Connection
    Using Fronius UP.storage, the SC inverters can be upgraded at any time to add battery storage functionality.

  • Enhanced Integration of Gen24 Core Features
    The SC series includes all key Gen24 features - many of them refined - such as:
    - PV Point basic backup supply
    - Full Backup functionality (on Plus versions)
    - Active Cooling
    - Offene Schnittstellen & flexible Integration
