The service package must be booked per rack. There are 3 service packages that can be booked accordingly:
- Master-Rack, for the 1st cabinet
- Multi-Rack 2-10, for cabinets 2 to 10
- Multi-Rack >10, for all cabinets > 10 cabinets
If you are not yet an expert in the PowerShaper2 commercial storage system, the Pixii technical experts are available to assist you online with this additional option. Book an appointment and ask any questions you may have during installation and set-up. The Pixii support team will guide you step by step through to commissioning.
A stable internet connection is required.
Example of a system with 8 cabinets:
- 1 x installation online support, master rack (service package for the 1st cabinet)
- 7 x installation online support, multi-rack (service package for 2 to 10 cabinets)
Example of a system with 12 cabinets:
- 1 x installation online support, master rack (service package for the 1st cabinet)
- 9 x installation online support, multi-rack (service package for 2 to 10 cabinets)
- 2 x installation online support, multi-rack (service package > 10 cabinets)
